ING financial services denies that money had been transferred

Yes, I’d leaving feedback for ING financial services.  I transferred some money to my ING account, it was there or 2 business days then in the transaction. Then money came out about account. They then reversed the funds back to their account because they said that I had to be in their account for 5 business days.  After sending them screen shots and all kinds of other evidence that they did release the funds the first time, they still refuse that they did, and it cost me money in stock.
I bought some stock at $19, and then when it was all said and done, I had to buy the stock at $21.50.
And they still refused to say that it was their fault or even admit it, even after I sent them screen shots showing them that the funds were transferred, confirmation,  Everything that was done that needed to be done for the funds to be transferred.  They still said no. That’s it. Thank you very much. Bye.
